Data Available When Adding a Page

First-Time Addition:
When adding a LinkedIn page to Swonkie for the first time, report data will only be available the next day.

Available History:
Most charts provide 89 days of historical data, with the following exceptions:

  • Follower Charts: Data is collected only from the date the page is added.
  • Interactions by Format: Begins recording data from the date of addition.
  • Impressions by Format: Tracks data only after the page is added.
  • Best Times to Post: Data is gathered starting from the date of addition.
  • Tags: Data is counted only after the page is added.
  • Post List: Displays only the last 60 posts.
  • Top Posts: Shows only the 60 most recent posts.

Data Specifics and Limitations

  • Organic Data: Reports include only data from organic posts.
  • Data Updates:
    Data is available up to 2 days before the current date.
    • Example: If today is the 5th, data is available up to the 3rd.
  • Total Reach:
    Total reach for a custom time range is not provided by the LinkedIn API. Instead, only the average reach can be viewed.
