How to Add and Manage Competitor Alerts on Swonkie?

It’s not possible to edit competitor alerts on Swonkie, but you can add new alerts to competitors you’re already monitoring. It’s simple—just follow these steps:

• Add an Alert: Click on "Add" and select "Add alert to an existing competitor."

• Choose Social Network and Account: Select the social network and the competitor profile where you want to add the alert.

• Select the Type of Alert: Choose the alert you want to add.

You can keep both the old and new alerts active simultaneously or delete the old alert if you prefer. To delete an alert, hover over it (on the right side of the post) and click the trash icon.
