ANDIE's Credit System on Swonkie

ANDIE is an Artificial Intelligence tool developed by Swonkie that provides a simplified content creation experience for social media.

This article aims to provide an overview of how the credit system works and its relation to user plans, as well as highlight the customizations that require the use of credits.

How Do Andie Credits Work?

Within Swonkie, in the "new post" creation menu, when using ANDIE, each content customization action uses a certain amount of credits, which will be deducted from the user’s account.

Some actions may display a specific number in yellow credit currency, indicating the exact number of credits charged for that action.

It is important to note that credits are replenished at the beginning of each month, ensuring continuous access to ANDIE's editing capabilities.

Considerations for Team Accounts

For users with team accounts, credits will be charged to the main account, which is shared by all team members. This means that team members can collectively use the available credits.

Credit Availability Based on User Plans

The number of credits available to users is directly related to the chosen plan.

Different plans offer varying credit conditions, ensuring flexibility and personalized experiences.

Customizations That Require Credits

When creating a new post with ANDIE, you will need to fill out the following form:

Once the form is filled out and you click on "Write with ANDIE," you will spend 1 credit.

The deduction of 1 credit applies whenever you click "Write with ANDIE," whether you keep the same settings in the form or add new information.

Once you are satisfied with the text that ANDIE suggests, simply click "Apply Content," which will take you to the following menu:

As you can see in the image, below the text box, you will have several customization options.

The number of credits charged for each modification will be indicated in these same options.

If you have a social media profile selected (as in the image), each modification will cost 1 credit.

However, if you have more than one social media profile selected, you will be charged a number of credits corresponding to the number of selected profiles.

Example:

In the image above, two social media profiles (Instagram and Facebook) are selected.

With this, the "Social Media Optimization" customization will now charge 2 credits, as ANDIE will optimize for two different social media platforms.

Whenever this is the case, you can check the number of credits to be charged in the modification’s rectangle.
