How to Share Your Swonkie Insights Dashboards
Data analysis becomes more powerful when shared with the right people. In Swonkie, you have three different ways to share your Insights dashboards with your team, clients or other stakeholders: Link Sharing, PDF Export, and CSV Export.
This article explains how each option works and when to use them.
π Link Sharing
Allows your dashboard to be accessed online via a unique link.
Ideal for quick sharing, without the need to download files.
Key features:
- The link can be enabled or disabled at any time.
- For security reasons, the link is automatically deactivated every 30 days.
- Widgets are interactive.
- The shared dashboard maintains its layout, data, and filters.
β Recommended for: clients or colleagues who need to view the data directly in a browser, without accessing Swonkie.
π§Ύ PDF Export
Generates a visual document with all dashboard data, respecting your design, colours, layout, and themes.
Additional features:
- Allows scheduling the automatic sending of the PDF to up to 3 email addresses.
- Great for recurring reports or presentations.
β Recommended for: formal presentations, team meetings, or regular report delivery.
π CSV Export
Exports the dashboard data in table format, ideal for working with Excel or other analytics tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio, etc.
Important:
Not all metrics are compatible with this export. You can check which ones are supported in the following help articles:
- Facebook Metrics
- Instagram Metrics
- LinkedIn Metrics
- Meta Ads Metrics
- Threads Metrics
- Facebook Competitors Metrics
- Instagram Competitors Metrics
Just look for the note: "csv: SUPPORTED" next to the metric.
β Recommended for: manual analysis, data cross-referencing, or creating custom reports.
Choose your ideal sharing method based on your goal:
π Need speed? Use link sharing.
π Want something visual? Go for PDF.
π Prefer working with data? Export to CSV.
