How to View Mentions on Facebook and Instagram?

To monitor public mentions on Facebook and Instagram, follow these steps:

Add Accounts 

You need to have an account added to Swonkie in order to monitor mentions. If you haven’t done so yet, check out this article to learn how to add social media accounts.

Association with Facebook (for Instagram) 

If you want to monitor Instagram, make sure to link your Instagram account to your Facebook account. This step is essential.

Once the accounts are added in Swonkie, you will be able to select them in the project to track mentions.
