Label Reports – How Do They Work?

Label reports in Swonkie allow you to analyze the performance of posts associated with specific labels. With this feature, you can measure the effectiveness of different types of content and gain deeper insights into your strategy.

📌 What Are Labels For?

Labels help categorize posts and track their performance in reports.

For example:
If you create the label "Behind the Scenes" and associate it with all your behind-the-scenes content, you will later be able to analyze the performance of those posts in the reports.

This allows you to understand which types of content generate the most engagement and optimize your communication strategy.

🏷️ How to Assign a Label?

You can assign labels to your posts while creating them:

  • In the feature bar, select the "Labels" option.
  • Choose an existing label or create a new one.
  • Publish as usual.

From that moment on, the post will be associated with the selected label and included in the corresponding reports.

📊 How Does Label Analysis Work?

Within the Dashboard, you can select one or more labels to analyze.

Applying Filters:

  • Simply select the desired label in the report filters.
  • The applied labels will automatically appear in compatible widgets.

Label Performance Chart:

There is also a dedicated widget called "Performance by Labels", where you can analyze:

✅ The total number of posts made with each label within the selected period.
✅ The total engagement received on those posts.
✅ The average engagement per post.

This chart provides a clear view of which labels (and content types) generate the most engagement, helping you adjust your communication strategy.

With this feature, you can make more informed decisions about the content you publish and improve your performance on social media! 🚀
