The new Insights area in Swonkie is officially in open beta and now available to all platform users! This new version gives you a more personalised and powerful view of your social media data, helping you make more informed and strategic decisions.

With the new Insights you can:
- Create fully customised dashboards
- Analyse up to 10 profiles and/or competitors per dashboard
- Edit and create widgets tailored to your needs
- Customise the dashboard's visual aspect (colour and layout)
- Schedule automatic delivery and share dashboards
- Filter data by tags, profile, or date
- Add note widgets to dashboards
- Export entire dashboards or individual widgets
- Use ready-made dashboard and widget templates

This new version is designed to help you perform more complete, intuitive analyses, focused on your goals. You can now track exactly what matters most to you, with full flexibility to set your own metrics.

Feature Limits:
- Up to 100 dashboards
- Up to 100 widgets per dashboard
- Up to 10 profiles per dashboard
ℹ️ Note: These limits apply until 31/03/2026. After this date, they will be reviewed based on your subscription plan.
📁 Need to access old reports?
You can still access your previous reports. To do so:
- Go to Settings
- Under Personal Settings, click on General
- Access the Features area
- Enable the “Old Reports” option to regain access
